Glastonbury fans fuming over 's***' coverage of Liam Gallagher's set

BBC Two provided fans with coverage from the legendary music festival this year.

However, Glastonbury fans were annoyed as they said they hardly got so see anything of Liam Gallagher.

Many said that US star Janet Jackson got all the airtime instead of Noel Gallagher’s brother.

One viewer moaned on Twitter: “Typical of BBC. Liam Gallagher on stage and we’ve got to watch Janet Jackson, and she’s not even singing.”

“Seriously fuck the BBC for broadcasting this God-awful Janet Jackson performance when Liam Gallagher is on the Pyramid stage!”

Another asked: “How the f*** is Janet Jackson’s full set getting shown on the box and the likes of Liam Gallagher will get half an hour shown, [Lewis] Capaldi got one song, not seen anything of Cinnamon. Fucking s***.”

While a third chimed in: “Seriously f**k the BBC for broadcasting this God-awful Janet Jackson performance when Liam Gallagher is on the Pyramid stage! This is not what we pay our TV licence for.”

Daily Star Online has contacted the BBC for comment.

It seems that fans were loving the parts of Liam’s set they did see.

One exclaimed: “Liam Gallagher absolutely killing it. Proper music.”

Another added: “Think Liam Gallagher sounds amazing.”

Viewers weren’t as complimentary about 53-year-old Janet Jackson though.

She was accused of miming by viewers online.

They also said they couldn’t hear her.
