Allison Williams and husband Ricky Van Veen have split after four years of marriage.
The Girls actress confirmed the separation with ‘mutual love and respect’ on Thursday night, one whole year after their last public appearance as a couple at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party 2018.
In a statement to Page Six, the couple said: ‘With mutual love and respect, we have made the decision to separate as a couple.
‘We are grateful for the friendship that we have and will continue to have.’
An insider blamed their ‘distinct differences’ as a couple, saying Allison was too much of a ‘go-getter’ for ‘relaxed and laidback’ Ricky.
