Gigi and Bella Hadid may be on vay-cay in Mykonos, but it hasn’t stopped the model sisters from perfecting their superstar poses.
The runway stars are currently enjoying the rays of the sun on the Greek island in celebration of their older sister Alana Hadid’s 34th birthday.
But despite being away from their A-List fashion jobs Gigi, 24 and Bella, 22, couldn’t help but show us mere mortals how taking a bomb holiday picture is really done.
To start with, the IMG models were clearly feeling the heat with their choice of teeny-tiny bikinis and simple accessories. But when in Greece, right?
Taking on the role of the photographer for the day, Bella sported a small white and lilac triangle bikini with flip flops to match and a hat to protect her head.
While Gigi modeled a black-and-white polka dotted bandeau bikini with a blue patterned kimono blowing in the wind, topped off with a feather embellished hat.
The younger sister of the two even gave us friendship goals as she crouched down to get the perfect shot for her model sibling. It’s all about the angles.
While the Hadid sisters paraded outside their luxury villa, the pair – who are daughters of real-estate developer Mohamed Hadid, 70 – can at least treat themselves on holiday after it was revealed mum Yolanda keeps them on strict diets.
Back in April, the 55-year-old, came under fire for telling daughter Gigi to ‘get back on your diet’ and even rationed off her birthday cake for her so she could stay runway ready.
In an unearthed clip released by Bravo, the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star was seen telling Gigi that Volleyball is a very ‘masculine’ sport compared to modelling.
She said: ‘These girls, they train four hours a day after school so their bodies are big and bulky, and they eat like men. I wanted [Gigi] to develop as a woman.
Meanwhile, with the model expressing how excited she was for the food at her birthday party, her mum told her: ‘You can have one night of being bad, right? And then you’ve got to get back on your diet though.
‘Because, you know, in Paris and Milan they like the girls just a tad on the skinny side.’
Later, Yolanda then made the bizarre remark that Gigi was ‘bred for this [modelling],’ before only letting her daughter have a slither of her own birthday cake.
The mum-of-three and former model’s comments didn’t go down too well with viewers with one fan writing: ‘She didn’t let her daughter have one normal piece of cake for her fricking birthday. im amused.’
Another person wrote: ‘YIKES… those comments Yolanda was making about volleyball & looking masculine & all that ….’
