The existence of aliens continues to be debated, but one conspiracy theorist believes he has the proof. Said ‘proof’ comes in the form of an apparent alien giant found on the slopes in Antarctica using Google Earth.
Near to the apparent giant is what appears to be a doorway, which according to prominent alien hunter Scott C Waring is 22 metres high “that seems to fit well”.
Mr Waring wrote on his blog ET Database: “I found a giant figure in Antarctica today and its not far from a giant entrance to a cave opening.
“Now Google ruler says this figure is 20 metres tall. Google ruler also says the entrance to the cave is 22 metres tall.
“That seems to fit well. Now a 20 metre tall alien would surprise a lot of people, but honestly what does size have to do with intelligence?
“Nothing I would think. Reports of aliens 4-5 metres tall have come out of Russia in the past and giant skeletons of human like creatures have been found many times.
“This photo was taken by a satellite, an object with no bias, no agenda, no care except to record what it sees.”
However, sceptics and NASA say the structure and other similar findings are just the effects of pareidolia – a psychological phenomenon when the brain tricks the eyes into seeing familiar objects or shapes where they do not exist.
This would mean the ‘giant’ and ‘doorway’ are just rocks or marks on the snow.
NASA said: “Pareidolia is the psychological phenomenon where people see recognisable shapes in clouds, rock formations, or otherwise unrelated objects or data.
“There are many examples of this phenomenon on Earth and in space.”
Mr Waring has argued humanity has the strength to deal with such a shocking alien revelation if NASA were to admit it.
He said: “Much like COVID-19 did to the people in each country as it spread, because the public once believed that such a pandemic would be impossible, and yet, the human race has changed their perspective on that very fast.
“That’s how disclosure of intelligent aliens would be, but it would not kill people or frighten them as much.”
