Get your protein and caffeine hit with this iced salted caramel proffee recipe

If you want to give your protein shake a bit of a boost, why not try this salted caramel proffee recipe on for size?

A great way for fitness fans to start the day, this recipe is perfect for coffee lovers with a sweet tooth.

If you want, you can use your own decaf option, or leave the ice out if it’s cold outside.

bulk’s Salted Caramel Proffee recipe

Equipment:

  • Shaker
  • Glass
  • Milk frother – optional

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop bulk’s Pure Whey Protein (in Salted Caramel) – or swap in Vegan Protein Powder as a vegan alternative (try it in Caramel Latte)
  • 200ml bulk’s Oat Drink
  • bulk’s Zero Calorie Syrup (Salted Caramel)
  • 1 double espresso shot (around 60ml)
  • 30ml bulk’s Oat Drink (for froth – optional)
  • Ice

Method:

Pour your milk into your shaker and add one scoop of Pure Whey Protein Powder and mix together so there are no bits.

Squeeze the Zero Calorie Syrup around the sides of your glass.

Put some ice in your glass.

Pour your coffee into the glass, and add your protein shake to it.

Froth your milk with an electric of handheld frother and add to the top of the glass (this step is optional).

Top with some more Zero Calorie Syrup to taste.
