Get ready for Christmas as we test out family-friendly matching PJ sets from Next, Primark and Debenhams

THESE Christmas jim-jams look so snappy – with matching prints for all the family.

Coleen Rooney posted a picture on Instagram of her and footie star husband Wayne’s four sons in identical festive PJs.

Now other families can join the party, as high street shops cotton on to identical sleepwear for parents and kids.

From reindeer, penguin and tree prints, to tartan, there is a ho-ho-host of styles, as well as fun slippers or socks.

Abby McHale priced up four family lots of PJs and got the Bartons – David, 43, Emma, 41, Eddie, 11, and Maisy, seven, to try them, give their verdicts and rate them out of ten.

Our man got in first…

By Stuart Pink

MATCHING Christmas pyjamas for all the family are the new novelty festive jumpers.

I first decked out my family for a laugh in 2017 and now everybody is doing it and all the high-street stores are stocking up.

So here I am getting in the pyjama party spirit again with my clan, wife Kirsty and kids Olivia, ten, Lyla, six, and Henry, one.

For the record, the reason for my original purchases was to make the children laugh on Christmas Eve.

But now the sole purpose for the majority of mums and dads buying a family lot of festive PJs is to plaster the pictures all over Instagram and get a whole load of likes.

Just one little word of advice, though. You are best to order as early as possible, not leave it too far into December, because you may struggle getting the correct sizes for all your family.

The last thing any dad wants the night before Christmas is posing for a cute family photo wearing an XS pyjama top and XXL bottoms.

Pyjama subscription service delivers toasty new PJs to your door every month, and people are already racing to sign up
