Gemma Collins is determined to transform her lavish £1.3m mansion into the ‘Buckingham Palace’ of Essex.
The former TOWIE star, 40, is reportedly set to revamp her ‘dream home’ in a bid to make it look more like Queen’s Elizabeth’s world-famous palace.
It’s rumoured that the GC has already got the ball rolling on her plans as she’s roped in the help of her longtime friend and Real Housewives of Cheshire star Dawn Ward to help inspire Gemma with some of the décor.
Dawn, who owns interior design company Arista Design, is believed to be gearing up to add her creative eye to Gemma’s dream plans.
Lifting the lid on Gemma’s palace renovations, a source close to Dawn told The Sun : “Dawn’s designs are jaw-dropping and life-changing. She’s going to make Gemma’s house the Buckingham Palace of Essex.
“It is going to be off the scale when she and her team have finished the work. Even the GC will be lost for words.”

Earlier this year, Gemma treated herself to a new pad in Essex worth a whopping £1.3 million, and of course, it’s a home fit for a queen.
Gemma has her own swimming pool and her own horse – although it’s a life-sized fake one.
The huge five-bedroom barn conversion is Gemma’s ‘dream home’.

The 40-year-old recently said: “I knew it was the house for me, because when I rode up to the house on my bike, there was this tree.
“It was a rather big tree and I felt like the tree was talking to me. It was, like, whispering to me.”
The GC’s beautiful home has a massive master bedroom with an en-suite and sits on an acre of land.

The reality star even introduced fans to her fake pet horse, who she’s named Tallulah.
