GEMMA Collins has pulled out of Towie – despite being shown in the trailer to promote the new series.
The 38-year-old reality TV queen – who found fame in 2011 on the reality show – will not appear in this series after being inundated with other lucrative TV offers.

A source told The Sun Online: “Gemma is so busy with work at the moment, she just hasn’t had time to give Towie her full attention, so she’s made the difficult decision to pull out.
“She’s just filmed her own show, which saw her go to America, and is working on various other lucrative projects including her music career with Naughty Boy.
“She was really trying to fit the show in, and even filmed the promo, but realised it just wouldn’t be possible to do a full series.
“Of course everyone is really disappointed – fans will be devastated she’s not returned to Towie as she’s the big star and everyone tunes in to see her.”

Gemma has become one of TV’s biggest stars with appearances on I’m A Celebrity, Dancing on Ice and Big Brother since launching her career on the ITVBe show in 2011.
Her success has landed Gemma, 38, her very own reality show named Diva Forever, which kicks off tonight at 9pm on ITVBe.
Yesterday, a minute-long advert for The Only Way is Essex featuring the show’s stars was released and teased an explosive return this September.
Hinting that Chloe Sims will confront her ex Dan Edgar, the former flames can be heard in a tense showdown following his reconciliation with on/off girlfriend Amber Turner.

Amid the drama, meme-queen Gemma poses in the line-up among the present cast members, leading fans to believe she would be back on the show that kick-started her career.
The Towie fan favourite – known for her hilarious catchphrases and no-nonsense attitude – was noticeably absent from the last series too as she filmed for Dancing on Ice.
It was hoped she’d be making a full-time return, so news that she won’t be is bound to disappoint fans.

Viewers will also be keen to find out whether she’s still dating boyfriend James ‘Arg’ Argent.
The pair have split up numerous times over the past year, but appeared to end things for good before she flew to the US.
She’s promised to update fans on her relationship status in Diva Forever as the bubbly blonde is filmed in LA juggling her skyrocketing career.
