Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Gemma Atkinson, 35, opened up on her recent bout with “baby brain” as she vented her frustrations on Instagram. The mother-of-one took to her Instagram stories and revealed she was met with a foul smell whilst out at a garden centre.
In view of her 1.3 million followers, the former Emmerdale star told fans she had forgotten to put on an essential item which admittedly left her questioning what the smell could possibly be.
Gemma revealed she had forgotten to put on her deodorant and blamed the incident on having “baby brain”.
She wrote: “Today’s baby brain came in the form of forgetting to put deodorant on. Whilst reaching for a wreath in the garden centre thinking ‘What the f**k is that smell?’
“To realising, oh, it’s me…”
The radio host made it to the final of the show back in 2017 with her dance partner Aljaž Škorjanec, 29.
In the same year, Gorka and Alexandra Burke competed for the Glitterball trophy.
Despite their efforts, Katya Jones and Joe McFadden were crowned the winners of the series.
On her return to the Christmas special this year, Gemma gushed over her beau Gorka in an Instagram post.
