Gemma Atkinson, 35, showed off her impressive toned physique in a sizzling video posted on to her Instagram account today. Wiping sweat from her forehead after undoubtedly a vigorous workout, the Strictly Come Dancing star announced she had made a “big mistake” which left her 1.4m followers intrigued.
The fitness enthusiast spoke directly to the camera only displaying her sports bra as she explained her casual attire.
“Hi, guys I trained in my pyjamas today because I thought I wanted to be comfy,” she began.
“Got my bra on obviously, trained in my PJ’s… big mistake, big, huge!”
Gemma then stepped back from the camera to reveal that she was wearing pyjama bottoms which had caused her groin area to sweat.

“Big mistake, big, huge, don’t train in pyjamas in the gym…unless you are at home,“ she warned her fans before giving her followers a thumbs up.
However many of her fans were not fazed by her mishap, as they praised her sensational figure.
One said: “Where is that bra from! Looks great!.”
Another replied: “No stress! You look good!”
Gemma is currently dating professional dancer Gorka Marquez, who she met back in 2017 on Strictly Come Dancing.
They welcomed their first child, Mia, in July 2019, who is often featured in Gemma’s videos, as she balances being a working mum.
The actress recently admitted that although she and Gorka have been together a while, they won’t be getting married anytime soon.
The Strictly Come Dancing star told Hello magazine: “People are always commenting on our Instagram photos with ‘Put a ring on it’ and I think, shouldn’t you ask if I want to get married? No, I think how we are is perfect.
“We both like the fact that it keeps it fresh and keeps us on our toes,” Gemma explained.
“The fact we’re aware that either of us could walk whenever we want, it keeps us making the effort and trying to make sure we know where each other stands and how lucky we are to have each other.
“And at the moment that dynamic works perfectly for us,” she added.
Although marriage may be off the cards, for now, the actress has admitted that she would be keen to have another baby with Gorka in the future.
