GARY Lineker has been pictured enjoying a stroll with his ex-wife Danielle Bux days after it was revealed she had secret tied the knot last year.
The BBC sport presenter is still close pals with ex Danielle and the pair went on an outing together with her pet dog.
The 40-year-old got hitched to Nate Greenwald, 44 — father of their two-year-old daughter Romy — in the US last summer.
A source told The Sun earlier this week: “It was a quiet family ceremony. She kept it on the down-low.”
The actress confirmed the news today as she shared a picture from her nuptials, telling fans: “#Throwback to our summer wedding @nategreenwald.”
Danielle started dating Nate in 2016 when she moved to LA following her divorce from Match of the Day host Gary, 58.
She announced she had given birth to their first child in August 2017 and her ex was one of the first to wish his congratulations.
The pair have remained very close since their break up, with Gary describing her as his “best friend”.
He recently told The Mirror: “Danielle and I are best mates, we still speak three times a day, we text all the time.
“When she comes to London she stays with me, and when I go to LA I see her.”
Gary and former lingerie model Danielle, who is 19 years his junior, tied the knot in 2009.
The former footballer previously revealed that they split because Danielle wanted children and he didn’t.
Speaking about the baby issue, he told the Times: “Obviously I would have done, but she said, “It’s not fair on you”. Then I said, “Well, I’d feel terrible if I stop you doing it”.”
Gary was previously married to Michelle Cockayne with whom he has four sons – George, Harry, Tobias, and Angus.
