GARY Barlow delighted his fans as he shared a video of himself lifting weights in the garden alongside his lookalike son Daniel, 18.
The 48-year-old Take That star took to his social media pages to heap praise on the teen as he made light of Daniel’s much heavier weights.
In the video, Daniel is showing off his toned body in just a pair of red sports shorts, with his bronzed abs and bulging biceps on display.
Meanwhile, Gary is more covered up in a black vest top and Nike shorts, pretending to struggle as he lifts the dumbbells.
Gary captioned the post: “I love spending time with my kids. Here’s Dan and I having a Father & Son training session.
“I’m very proud of my boy & his commitment to his fitness. Don’t look at the difference in weights.
“Don’t notice that I’m stood a little further forward to make the size gap smaller. Lol.”
The star’s followers were quick to react to the video, with one fan tweeting: “Please can you issue a warning when you post these videos… My heart is struggling!!!!”
Another swooned: “Lovely! But why is your top still on?”
A third insisted: “Wow, your both in great shape!”

Daniel is Gary’s oldest child, with the hunk also dad to 17-year-old Emily and ten-year-old Daisy with his wife of 19 years, Dawn Andrews.
Gary and Dawn were were left devastated in 2012 following the stillbirth of their daughter Poppy.
The star opened up about Poppy’s tragic death in his autobiography last year, explaining: “For anyone who has been through anything like this I think it’s something you accept you’re going to be dealing with the rest of your life.
“In a strange way you don’t want it to end because it’s one of the few things you have to remind you of the person that’s not there.
“In some ways the pain and the grief brings you closer to them.”
