Game Of Throne’s Jacob Anderson brings back Grey Worm to promote Krept and Konan’s album

Jacob Anderson has briefly reprised his Game Of Thrones character, months after the show’s controversial finale episode aired.

The 29-year-old put on the iconic voice of Unsullied solder Grey Worm to help promote Krept and Konan’s new album.

The rap duo, who are prepping for the release of Revenge Is Sweet, got help from the man who played the right-hand man to Mother Of Dragons Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke).

In a video shared on Instagram, Anderson glares stares at the camera before saying in Grey Worm’s distinctive accent: “Revenge is sweet.”

Krept, 29, couldn’t help but laugh with Anderson, also known by his musical alias Raleigh Ritchie, after delivering the dramatic line.

Revenge Is Sweet comes four years after Krept & Konan’s debut album, The Long Way Home.

The Londoners recently postponed their tour in order for Krept to recover from a leg injury he suffered after getting stabbed backstage at BBC 1Xtra Live in Birmingham earlier this month.

Followers of the pair will be able to see them live in action at the O2 Arena on Friday December 5, and they’ll then perform in other cites across the UK and Ireland in January.

Meanwhile, Anderson, who features on Stormzy’s hit album Gang Signs And Prayer, recently revealed some truths about Grey Worm’s fate.

He insisted that Grey Worm survived his trip out of King’s Landing despite fan theories that he most likely died after the last episodes events which aired in May.

The star previously joked that “Grey Worm dies a horrible death by butterflies”, which left viewers in a frenzy over the fate of the leader of the Unsullied Army.

But in an interview with Standard Online, he set the record straight and pointed out the differences between the book and the TV adaptation.

In the original novels by George R.R. Martin, those born and raised in Naath, including Grey Worm’s late love interest Missandei, are immune to the butterflies said to carry a gruesome disease that makes flesh fall off people’s bones.

Explaining he was actually making a joke about the island – which is where Grey Worm and his army were heading – Anderson admitted: “I love that it has become a thing.

“It was a thing in the books, but it’s become actual speculation now,” he continued.

The GoT finale received mixed reviews (Home Box Office)

“I like to think romantically, that the Unsullied made it without a hitch and it was all good.”

Anderson laughed heartily when talking about the prospect of the Unsullied, arguably the greatest Army in the franchise, meeting their match in a bunch of insects.

“It would be quite funny but it would slightly undermine everything that came before it,” he joked.

The singer, who was nominated for Best Newcomer at the MOBO Awards in 2014, is prepping his next album.

He concluded: “My album is nearly finished, and that will be out very soon.”
