Cauley Woodrow scored twice against his former club as bottom side Barnsley stunned Fulham, who lost ground on the automatic promotion spots.
On his first return to Craven Cottage, Woodrow gave the Tykes the lead from the penalty spot after Jacob Brown was fouled by Fulham keeper Marek Rodak.
Brown doubled the lead early in the second half with a smart lofted finish over the exposed Rodak.
Fulham lacked penetration and Woodrow showed his old team what they were missing with a clinical third late on.
