Patrice Evra has given us a glimpse into some of the amazing things he gets up to, proving just why he’s the most epic footballer to follow on Instagram.

The former Manchester United footballer never fails to make us laugh on the ‘gram, especially when he shades some of his fellow athletes.

Side note: That Euro 2020 press conference clip mocking Cristiano Ronaldo and Paul Pogba is definitely a highlight.

Who could forget the time he went to Denmark and dressed up like a Viking, just for the fun of it – complete with an actual sword.

Then there was the time Patrice showed off his superhero side, donning a Batman costume to stroke some penguins for the day. Honestly, if you had that money, you can’t tell us you wouldn’t do exactly the same.

He also made sure that Father Christmas made a stop over in what looked to be the Maldives, dressing up as Santa on December 25th to dance around his private villa – making us all very sweaty in the process.

Never, ever change Patrice.

The France ace is currently living and working in Dubai, and is clearly having an absolute whale of a time in the sunshine.

In an awesome – and sometimes stomach-flipping – video that he’s shared with Metro.co.uk, he’s given us an exclusive look at some of the fun he’s been getting up to on his days off.

And what would that entail exactly? By getting dressed up to zipline across the Dubai skyline, of course.

‘I love this game! I love Dubai!’ he screamed as he flew across the water. ‘I’m still alive. It was amazing, only I feel like a chicken so can you untie my legs…’ Well, it definitely beats a rainy day out in Manchester.

Climbing into a stunning white Mercedes G-Wagon, Patrice promised to show us a ‘great day’, before switching things up to hop in a black sports car for a journey into the desert – where he drove across the sandbanks in a dune buggy.

When he was all tired out from driving across the dunes of Dubai, he suited up for a go-karting session, vowing to give Lewis Hamilton a run for his money. It looks like the F1 driver might have some competition as the athlete came out on top, for his first time behind a cart wheel.

Settled down back at home, he was clearly knackered – and we were right there with him. ‘Wow, what a day guys, I’m exhausted. But what a day. We started in the morning with the X-Line at Marina, after we went to the Meydan Bridge, amazing views,’ he told the camera.

‘We went to the monster trucks, on the buggy in the dunes – it was just crazy. After that we went to go-karting, and all of that in one day? I just feel blessed, I feel grateful. But I just feel tired, guys.’

While things may have looked super glamorous for the star, he previously shared a snap where he was covered in countless dirty nappies thanks to baby Lilas – so Patrice may have needed to treat himself extra hard for the day.

For those of us who just can’t get enough of the footballer’s antics, there’s also news he’s soon to launch a YouTube channel to keep us even more entertained.

We cannot wait. Patrice, you keep doing you, hun.
