Friends star Matthew Perry is the last member of the gang to join Instagram, and he’s just as excited about it as we are.

The 50-year-old, who plays Chandler Bing in the 90’s sit-com, uploaded his first ever post to the grid with a snippet of his character’s infamous dance moves.

And he couldn’t hide his join from finally being on the grid, as he shared his enthusiasm in the caption.

‘This is how thrilled I am to finally be on Instagram. So, here we go…’ the actor wrote to his rising follower count, that currently stands at 3.9million.

And right on cue, his fans flocked to the comments section where they welcomed the star onto the wild platform.

‘I’m screaming,’ one wrote while another confessed: ‘This is everything. I can die peacefully now.’

Someone else stole Chandler’s trademark saying, and added: ‘Could I… Be more happy?’ as others celebrated: ‘The one where Chandler broke the internet!!’

And it wasn’t just fans who were elated to see Matthew’s appearance on social media, as his Friends’ co-star Jennifer Aniston also joined in on the action.

‘I’m shocked Matty is the last to join Instagram,’ she wrote before teasing: ‘Considering he was a uh… umm….oh c**p Oh! A computer processing TRANSPONSTER. #FBF.’

The Rachel Green star joined Instagram in October while sharing a picture of herself with her former co-stars.

That post in particular, and Jen’s joining of Instagram, sent the platform into meltdown – and rightly so!

The 50-year-old’s selfie was captioned: ‘And now we’re Instagram FRIENDS too. HI INSTAGRAM’.

And she beat Matthew in the followers count as she racked up over 11.5million in one day after she joining the platform.

Chatting to People after temporarily crashing the app, she said: ‘I have no idea how that happened. There is no more shocked face I could use. I’ll also say I was very flattered.’

Matthew might still be a little far behind in the followers stakes, but nothing a little Friends reunion image couldn’t change, right?

Friends is available to stream on Netflix now.
