According to Variety, the stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt Le Blanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer, will receive at least £1.78 million each for their part in the episode.

It has been reported Jennifer is “nervous” the reunion will be “hammered by critics”.

“Jen is probably the most nervous of all the cast because, rightly or wrongly, the pressure and spotlight will inevitably be directed at her,” a source claimed.

“The endless delays [filming was held up for a year due to the pandemic] have only added to the tension and pressure, and she’s worried that it will be her who gets hammered by critics if any of them come across as dry or awkward on the panel,” the insider added to Heat magazine.

It’s reported that the actress has decided to adopt a baby girl from Mexican orphanage, Casa Hogar Sion.

Jen has been a long-time supporter of helping out the orphanage, and her friends are now saying the adoption process is set to be finalised by June.

Courteney Cox, who plays Monica Geller, recently revealed it was “so emotional” filming the show, which was delayed due to Covid.

Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show live from London, Courteney spoke about what it was like to eventually get the gang back together.

“It was unbelievable, so emotional,” the Scream actress said.

“It’s an unscripted reunion, but we got to be on Stage 24 for the first time, all of us, in I forgot how many years – fifteen years? Seventeen years?”

Ellen asked Courteney if it had brought back lots of memories, she said: “I have the worst memory. Everything came up that I forgot about.

“But, it was great. It was really fun. We had a lot of special surprises, and it was fantastic. It really was.”

The reunion was first confirmed in April, when the show’s official social media account shared an image of a screen that said “Friends The Reunion”.
