FOUR passengers were injured when a drinks trolley hurtled out of control down the aisle of a British Airways jet, a report revealed yesterday.
The wheeled cabinet was not unsecured at the back and careered forward as the plane, carrying 76 customers and four crew, came into land.

It injured the travellers and damaged two arm rests before a BA worker stopped and anchored it in the forward galley.
The four casualties were treated for minor injuries on the plane or in the terminal. One had follow-up care in hospital.
Last October’s incident on a BA CityFlyer from Rotterdam, Netherlands, to London City Airport emerged in an Air Accidents Investigation Branch report.
It highlighted a safety breach when the halted trolley was stowed at the front, blocking exits in an emergency.
BA said: “Actions have been taken to prevent this recurring.”
Another AAIB report last June revealed how a Ryanair cabin crew member broke a leg when he was hit by an unsecured cabin trolley on a flight from Cologne to Stansted which had no passengers on board.
Three passengers on an Air Canada flight from Toronto to Regina were also injured by a trolley in October 2016.
