New footage has been leaked online today for the Fortnite Season 11 Battle Pass. Or should we call it, the Chapter 2 Season 1 Battle Pass?
It confirms a lot about what new skins and rewards are coming to the game when it goes back online later this week.
One of the more notable things is the new locations featured in the trailer, which appeared on Twitter earlier today.
A lot of emphases is put on the new boat combat, which allows teams of players to battle it out on the new map’s rivers.
Then there are the BP medals, which reveal a new way for gamers to level up their Season 11 Battle Pass.
It looks like certain medals will be available to Battle Pass players that can be upgraded while you play through the game.
Other footage shows off some of the cosmetics rewards, the new skins in development and special gameplay available to fans.
New Battle Pass skins include slurpy-looking creatures, featuring different colour designs, as well as a cyber-Ninja character.
Other changes include being able to dive into water, something not possible on the old island map.
And that’s without mentioning the new Llama pogo sticks which appear to be another big Battle Pass prize.
It should be noted that no release date has dropped with the new footage, so we can’t be sure when the new Battle Pass for Season 11 will arrive.
It should also be noted that the Battle Pass isn’t called Season 11, something that hasn’t been confirmed yet.
From the start of the footage, it shows the name to be the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1 Battle Pass.
Another interesting change that fans will have no doubt spotted straight away.
Footage from the new Fortnite Battle Pass trailer has been taken down by many leakers, due to the copyright implications.
