Latest News – Ant-man POI?
The new season is only 24 hours old, but there’s already rumours that more POIs will be arriving on the island!
@iFireMonkey revealed this on Twitter, but although he sources Marvel, we aren’t sure where the news has come from.
Doom’s Domain and Sentinel Graveyard are POIs in Season 4, but Ant Manor is yet to be seen – so watch this space!

Season 4 Overview
Epic has released the full run-down for the season, and here are the highlights:
BECOME SUPER – Take up super-powers like Dr Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets, Groot’s Bramble Shield, Silver Surfer’s Board and more arriving later in the season
SIGHTS AND SENTINELS – Not only have the Marvel heroes & villains landed on the island but so have their iconic locations. New and upcoming locations include Doom’s Domain, Sentinel Graveyard & more
STARK INDUSTRIES ENERGY RIFLE – This distinct weapon has a different benefit depending on how you aim
LOOT FROM ABOVE – Shoot down the Stark supply drones that surround Quinjet landing sites for a delivery of powerful weapons and hero abilities
READ THE PRELUDE TO WAR – To discover how the heroes & villains of Marvel found themselves on the island, experience the whole Nexus War: Thor comic at the Helicarrier Room
AWAKEN THE HERO OR VILLAIN WITHIN – After buying the Battle Pass, complete each special quests of the legends of Marvel and unlock their awakening, a built-in emote
Season 4 Start Date
Chapter 2 Season 4 arrived on Thursday, 27 August 2020.
End Date
According to Data Miners like @FNBRHQ – Chapter 2 Season 4 will end on Friday, 11 December – making the season around 16 weeks long!
We expect this is due to the arrival of Next Gen consoles in November.
Battle Pass
Much like any Fortnite season, we have another Battle Pass for Chapter 2 Season 4.
Inside the battle pass, we’ll have a wide array of skins, emotes, pickaxes, gliders, and (of course) V-bucks!
So, for Fortnite Season 4 expect the same price of 950 V-bucks for the battle pass. Which equals out to around $10 USD, and players will more than likely be able to opt into the Battle Pass Bundle.

The latter will cost 2800 V-bucks and will reward you with 25 tiers of the Battle Pass to start!
Theme
It’s evident now that Fortnite Season 4 will have a Marvel theme.
All the confirmed Marvel characters are:
- Thor
- Wolverine
- She-Hulk
- Iron Man
- Dr Doom
- Mystique
- Storm
- Groot
- Rocket
- Galactus
Rumours are also starting to grow that Spider-man, Black Panther and more Marvel heroes will appear during the season.
Expect to be able to unlock various skins, stickers, sprays and more around the Marvel heroes who have crash-landed on the island!

Map
We have a map ladies & gents – and it looks to be very similar to Season 3’s.
This was spotted by HYPEX, and we’ll have to wait and see as to what is coming in-game for the changes.

POIs
Some new Marvel-centred POIs have appeaed on the Map.
Doom’s Domain, Sentinel Graveyard and Helicarrier will play a role this season, with various achievements to unlock.
New Weapons
Like any Fortnite season, this is when Epic Games tends to go all out when it comes to adding/removing weapons into the game.
For Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 expect much of the same when the season releases; perhaps we could see the return of the beloved Spike Traps?
New Floppers
A range of floppers are arriving – with one being the Vendetta Flopper!
The floppers were found by @FireMonkey with a jellyfish, thermal fish and shied fish also available.
New Midas Flopper
StonewallTabor has been notorious for massive leaks in the past, and now they have revealed information regarding a new Flopper.
The alleged Midas Flopper would turn all your inventory into Legendary rarity.

Competitive, FNCS & World Cup
Since the cancellation of the 2020 Fortnite World Cup, we know the entire competitive road map for the rest of the year.
Epic Games has outlined the future of competitive events for the next couple of seasons, so let’s take a look at what they are.

Leaks & Rumors
Renowned Data-Miner and Leaker Hypex shared a post on Twitter recently which appears to suggest that a Wolverine Skin, and Wolverine Claws Pickaxe may have been planned by Epic.
It’s by no means confirmed, and even Hypex themselves states it’s a ‘POSSIBLE’ leak, but exciting nonetheless if true!

Thor’s Hammer
This image of Thor’s hammer and a crater have been leaked by twitter user @FNBRHQ!
This hints towards the Marvel theme that will likely feature in the next Season (Chapter 2 Season 4).

It appears the hammer will fall onto the map, in a similar way to the Infinity Gauntlet last year!
Comic Book Pages
A comic book showed up in the main Battle Pass area of the menu in Fortnite, which can be read!

Season 14 Emojis
Every season we get new sprays and stickers in the Battle Pass.
HYPEX has already managed to show off some of the cosmetics expected to arrive this season.
We can see a rang of Marvel stickers, sprays and even emotes!
