Fortnite Birthday Cakes map locations REVEALED: Birthday dancing challenge solved

Fortnite fans can celebrate the game’s second birthday, as Epic launches the latest anniversary event.

The Fortnite Birthday event is now live on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, iOS and Android.

Running until the end of the month, the event gives players the chance to complete challenges and unlock fresh rewards.

“Time flies when you’re having fun, two years in fact,” reads an Epic blog post.

“The Fortnite Birthday Celebration kicks off this week starting Thursday, July 25 and runs until Wednesday, July 31.

“We’re celebrating all over the Battle Royale map with present supply drops, birthday cakes and a gift item you’ll be able to toss to your squad.

“The Battle Bus will have a music track and be thematically skinned just in time for the party.”

But perhaps best of all is the chance to unlock rewards by completing challenges.

“Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a Pickaxe, Wrap and more cosmetics over the course of the celebration,” Epic continues.

To unlock the rewards, players will have to complete challenges as simple as playing match and outliving opponents, to dancing in front of Birthday Cakes and gaining health.

Perhaps the most challenging task is the Birthday Cake quest. To complete the task players will need to dance in front of ten different cakes.

You can find the Birthday Cakes by checking out the map above.

The Birthday Cakes are pretty easy to spot, especially if you have a rough idea where to look.

You can find them in locations like Salty Springs, Pleasant Park, Lonely Lodge and the Viking Village.

Others can be found by the solar panels near John Wick’s house, as well as in Loot Lake, Shifty Shafts and Junk Junction.
