The love guru told Daily Star Online that “the Tight Squeeze sex position works brilliantly on the sofa or in the bedroom”.
The move, which is a variation on Cowgirl, allows women to take control in the sack.
Annabelle explained how to nail the technique, commenting: “Start with the male sitting and leaning back on his arms.
“She then lowers herself on on to him, using her right arm for balance.
“She can thrust by pivoting her legs.”
To vary the position, slow things down and give your partner some extra attention.
