FIRST Dates star Cici Coleman has revealed her impressive weight loss achieved in just nine weeks.
The 35-year-old admitted she “hadn’t set foot in a gym for months” and didn’t even have to give up booze to shape up.
Cici – who is now an online fitness coach – showed a before and after picture as she posed in her bikini.
She told her followers: “It would be so easy if I said I’ve been in the gym 5 x per week and eaten a chicken salad every day, but that’s far from the truth.
“I haven’t stepped foot in a gym in over 3 months; I have drank alcohol most weekends, and let’s not even talk about the cookies.”
Revealing the secret to her success, she continued: “I didn’t want my weight loss journey to take over my life; I’ve been there in the past, and it was just soooo boring. I wanted to live whilst creating long-term healthy habit changes.
“I have tried to incorporate a new healthy habit each week, from 10k steps daily, celery juicing, to reducing my sugar intake.
“These things alone haven’t dropped my kgs, but they have helped get my mindset right. Small habit changes can make a big difference to your overall health and well-being.”
She went on to reveal what exercise she has been doing while working with a knee injury, before offering her coaching services to others.
Cici first made her name on First Dates, which helps singletons on their journey towards finding their dream partner.
She was well loved in the First Dates restaurant and was head waitress on Fred Sirieix’s team.
She has recently been living in Bali on a “journey of self discovery”.
