FIFA 21 demo expected release date latest for Xbox, PS4 and PC

The FIFA 21 demo will be the first real chance for most players to try out the new game ahead of the upcoming release date.

A small batch of selected players were able to play an early build of FIFA 21 during the closed beta phase in August. But, as with any beta version of a game, it was a very early build of the FIFA 21 game as it’s still in development, which means the beta gameplay could be completely different to what players eventually experience in the FIFA 21 demo gameplay.

Even when the FIFA 21 demo is released, the gameplay included in the demo could also differ dramatically to the full game players end up with in October. So, when will the FIFA 21 Demo be released for players on Xbox, PS4 and PC?

The FIFA 20 Demo was made available to players on Xbox, PS4 and PC on Friday September 10, 2019, so it’s likely that the FIFA 21 Demo will follow a similar release pattern.

It looks likely that the FIFA 21 Demo could be released on or around Friday September 25, 2020 at 3pm UK time, as this would follow the same pattern as the previous year.

With last years FIFA 20 Demo being released on a Friday, and just over two weeks before the game’s UK and worldwide release date, September 25, 2020 is currently the most likely date for the FIFA 21 Demo to be released.

The FIFA 20 Demo had playable teams such as Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea, with playable game modes like 11v11 Kick Off and Volta Football.

Whilst one or two teams may change for the FIFA 21 Demo, you can expect a similar playable team lineup and a similar playable game mode lineup too.

EA have confirmed that FIFA 21 has an official UK and worldwide release date of October 9, 2020, but some editions will allow you to play FIFA 21 slightly earlier than this.

If you pre-order the FIFA 21 Ultimate Edition or Champions Edition on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC you’ll be able to play from October 6, 2020, with the Standard Edition allowing fans to play from the game’s official UK and worldwide release date of October 9, 2020.
