The post comes after Fern announced she and her celebrity chef partner Phil had gone their “separate ways.”
The pair tied the knot back in 2000 and are parents to daughter Winnie, 18.
The statement, shared on Twitter, read: “After more than 20 happy years together, Phil and I have decided to go our separate ways.
