The television duo tied the knot back in 2000 and welcomed their daughter Winnie two years later.
They first met on the set of BBC Two’s Ready Steady Cook and later started dating.
Fern married her second husband Phil after her divorce from her first husband, TV executive Clive Jones.
The former couple share twin sons Jack and Harry, 25, and a daughter Grace, 22.
The chef was also previously married to Sarah Ann Lock from 1990 to 1999.
