Fenty Beauty's First Skincare Product Has Arrived

Just three weeks ago, Vogue reported that Rihanna had filed for trademarks covering “Fenty Skin” for “medicated and non-medicated skincare, soap, body care and personal care products”, and now, it looks like we have the first launch.

The Pro Kiss’r Scrub and Pro Kiss’r Balm will be launching on May 10, with the brand describing the duo as “the ultimate lip prep”. The scrub is delivered in a handy stick form (no sugar-crusted nails here) and uses apricot seeds to exfoliate the lips, while the balm fuses shea and mango butters to moisturise with a wand applicator for on-the-go hydration.

While they still sit under the Fenty Beauty umbrella, we’re sure this is but a taste of things to come for Fenty and skincare. What’s more, as of May 10th, the brand will now be available at Boots at thirty two selected stores, and for next-day click and collect at any store via Boots.com.

If you can’t wait until it drops for something new from Rihanna, today also marks the launch of launch of “Getting Hotter”, Fenty Beauty’s summer offering.

Comprising of three sets of liquid eyeliner trios and vivid lip colours (aptly named Poutsicles, thanks to their candy hues and balm-like stain), the collection is limited edition, so fastest fingers first.

Of the lipsticks, Rihanna said in a statement, “This season, I wanted to go all-in with vivid colours – the juicier the better!” She’s already worn the shocking pink “Tropic Tantrum”, as well as teasing the “Vivid Liquid Eyeliner Trio” at a recent Coachella party. Described as a “soft neon”, the liners have an ultra-precise applicator to make a sharp wing effortless.

The new “Getting Hotter” collection from Fenty Beauty will be available at Harvey Nichols.
