The television star opted for a long-sleeve black top in a sheer fabric for the outing which she teamed with a coordinating miniskirt in the same colour.
She finished off her outfit with a pair of stylish polka dot tights and pointy ankle boots while sporting a funky handbag across her body.
Wearing her dark hair in curls to her shoulders, Faye enhanced her natural beauty with glam make-up.
As the star smiled for waiting photographers outside the venue, the unfortunate fashion mishap occurred.
The sheer fabric of her top went see-through under the light of the camera flash exposing the star’s nipple pasties underneath.
Faye, who recently separated from fiancé Gareth Gates, 35, took to social media to document her night out capture some of the “stunning food” which was on offer.
According to the post, which she shared with her 160,000 Instagram followers, the actress dined at Six by Nico Manchester – a restaurant which offers a 6-course culinary experience.
