After she refused to leave the venue, a security guard said Abraham had hit her, and Abraham was placed under citizen’s arrest prior to police arriving and arresting her in connection with suspicion of misdemeanor battery.

The MTV personality’s lawyer Dario C. Gomez issued a statement earlier this month denying that any charges had been brought against the reality star.

On Instagram Stories, the Teen Mom alum shared the June 6 statement which said it sought ‘to clarify that no charges to date have been brought against Ms. Abraham in connection with the incident that occurred at Grandmaster Records on January 15, 2022.

‘That is because Ms. Abraham committed no crime, and is, in fact, the victim in all of this, not only of physical and emotional injury, but also of negligent investigation by security staff at GrandMaster Recorders and the media at large.’

Abraham’s legal team said it is probing the January 15 incident ‘further and is in the process of pursuing any and all remedies available to’ Abraham over ‘the physical and emotional damages [she] has suffered as a result of this unfortunate incident.’

Abraham’s legal team said it’s ‘confident the truth will come to light and [she] will receive the justice she so rightly deserves.’

Abraham, who’s also been seen on Ex on the Beach, Celebrity Big Brother and Couples Therapy, added text over her lawyer’s statement stating where she stands on the issue.

‘Legal Notice. I will not further be Harassed about the horrific batterment clearly seen on video and photos, my doctors having to rehabilitate myself from illegal activities by security staff abusing their uniforms and attacking me off property and against my will,’ Abraham said. ‘For my mental state I will not be engaging further per my doctors orders as I had to move and [go] to a trauma center from this.’

Abraham earlier this year posted a clip of the incident on her Instagram account and claimed it was the result of a conspiracy against her.
