Viewers said series two of Channel 5 show Undercover Girlfriends was “fake reality tv”.
In the first episode of the show, girlfriends spied on their boyfriends as they went on their dream lads holiday.
Fans, however, thought the show was seriously staged as they recognised someone who was on a different Channel 5 reality TV show.
They spotted Aaron who they were convinced was on styling show, Dressed To Impress.
One viewer said: “Undercover Girlfriends is fake reality TV. This guy was on dress to impress.
“Another fake, reality TV agency pile of sh**e. There’s no such thing as reality TV cos it’s always the same people they get on all the shows..”
While another wrote: “I’m sure Aaron in Undercover Girlfriends was in make or break?!? No hope for that couple if it is him…”
“Was that Aaron on Dress to Impress?! Because he was annoying on that and he’s annoying me now!” said a third.

In the show, the boys jetted off to Rhodes, Greece to have their dream holiday.
What they didn’t realise was that their girlfriends were in the villa next door, watching their every move.
It was just 10 minutes into the show before one of the girlfriends’ was reduced to tears.
A girl called Sophie said she “wanted to go home” after her boyfriend hinted he might be tempted to cheat on her.
Her man said: “I told my girlfriend I wouldn’t cheat but I won’t guarantee that.”
While some fans were skeptical of the show, there were some viewers who enjoyed tonight’s first episode.
One tweeted: “This is going to be fun.”
While another wrote: “Undercover Girlfriends is absolutely hilarious.”
