AN EXASPERATED dad has shown off one of the most relatable parenting photos from doing the chores for his family.
The weary dad revealed their massive odd sock pile, which included a staggering 100 pairs of single socks without a pair.
Taking to Facebook, the dad wrote: “Job lot of odd socks for sale.
“The matching pair is probably in your house coz it definitely isn’t in our house.
“How is it even possible to have this many odd socks – this was AFTER we had made up 80 pairs of socks out of the odd sock box.”
His post has already racked up over 2,000 likes from other parents who sympathised with his plight.
Proving he’s not the only person to have the same problem, one mum wrote: “Oh yes, I feel your pain. HOW does this even happen?”
Another added: “We have this problem too. Managed to clear the wash baskets over lockdown and still no pairs. I can do a wash load and every single sock that comes out is an odd one!?”
Meanwhile, one clever parent revealed they came up with a handy solution to the dilemma.
They commented: “We started buying our sons the same socks every time so they always matched.”
Meanwhile, a frazzled mum shared a hilariously relatable before-and-after photo following months of homeschooling her son.
