Helen Flanagan told fans she’s starting to feel “feel really big now” as she showed off her growing baby bump.
And the former Coronation Street actress revealed she’s even got a “pregnancy waddle” as she celebrated her milestone 20- scan.
In an Instagram story last night, the 30-year-old updated fans on her battle against Hyperemesis – which causes nausea, vomiting, dehydration and weight loss.
She said the only thing that makes her feel better is to “eat all the time”.
She added: “I’m going to make a vegan lasagna. Also, I still have nausea in this pregnancy. It’s nothing like it was but yeah constantly feel nauseous.
“So I just feel like I’ve got to eat all the time and eating always makes me feel better. Joys.
“Also I don’t know if you can see but honestly bump feels like I’m getting really, really big now.
“And I feel like I’ve got like a little pregnancy waddle.”
The star, who is expecting her third child with ex Celtic footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair, has been honest about her journey to motherhood again.
The stunner, who is also mum to daughters Matilda, five, and Delilah, two, said she thinks she’s expecting a girl but has been tempted to find out the sex of her unborn baby, despite vowing not to.
Last night Helen also told followers who she was backing to win this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity.
The hit series is taking place at Gwrych Castle, Abergele in North Wales and a preview show unveiled the full line up on Sunday.
Stars including Vernon Kay, Shane Richie, Mo Farah and Victoria Derbyshire are taking part.
But Helen said her loyalties will lie with podcaster Giovanna Fletcher and former Corrie co-star Beverley Callard.
Taking to Instagram, she said: “It’s nearly that time of year again. I️ will be supporting the lovely @mrsgifletcher and @beverleycallard this year, love them both. Can’t wait for @imacelebrity something light for us all to watch.
Helen famously to the Aussie jungle back in 2012 and quickly became the public’s favourite option for the gruelling Bushtucker Trials, including one in a tank full of crocodiles.
She was famous for skipping trial after trial – sometimes lasting just seconds.
Last week we reported Helen had opened up on the struggles of her third pregnancy as she revealed it hasn’t been easy.
Despite her excitement about meeting the newest addition to their family, Helen has admitted that the past few months have been tough as she deals with the ups and downs of pregnancy.
She said: “Super grateful for my pregnancy and I can’t wait to hold my little one but to be honest I’m not really enjoying this pregnancy”.
“This time round I just don’t feel like I’m enjoying it the same. Maybe because it’s my third and I just feel super tired and I know it’s going to be full on, I always just feel nauseas a lot and I just don’t feel myself since I fell pregnant.
“My mum keeps telling me to enjoy it as it’s extremely likely this is my last pregnancy. I was really unwell this pregnancy with hyperemesis and had to move back to my parents’ house as I was so unwell and couldn’t look after the children.
“It was really miserable and this time round so strong, wouldn’t want to do that to the children I already have, and I relied on my mum for everything. I think there’s a sadness for women when they know it’s their last however for me that’s being taken away by the hyperemesis so that’s one positive.”
Helen finished off her incredibly honest post by saying how lucky she is to be able to fall pregnant due to the fact so many women close to her cannot have children.
