EVERTON will pocket £5million if striker Romelu Lukaku leaves Manchester United this summer.
Inter are believed to be weighing up a swoop for the Belgian forward – who cost an initial £75m from the Toffees two years ago.

Antonio Conte, who is expected to take over at the San Siro, is a fan of Lukaku.
He tried to take him to Chelsea in 2017, only to be pipped by United.
But now, the former Blues boss can finally get his man as he wants the Belgium international to lead Inter’s offensive line instead of Mauro Icardi.
The Serie A giants are believed to be willing to pay £26.5m plus Ivan Perisic to land the Red Devils striker.
The Croat, who scored nine goals last season, has been a long-term transfer target for United.
Lukaku is out of favour at Old Trafford after a dismal season under both Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
He scored just 15 goals in 45 games as the Red Devils finished the season trophy-less and outside the top four in the Premier League.
And SunSport revealed that the striker was eyeing up a move to Italy with Juventus and Milan also keeping tabs on the Belgian.
