Eric Bailly is determined to stay at Manchester United and fight for his place, despite struggling to get game time at Old Trafford under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Ivory Coast international has made just seven Premier League starts this season and is expected to move on this summer.

Arsenal manager Unai Emery is a big fan of the central defender and is keen to bring him to the Emirates, reportedly making the 25-year-old his top summer target.

Tottenham Hotspur and Lyon are among the other sides linked with a move for the former Villarreal man, who has not featured for United since the second leg of the Champions League win over Paris Saint-Germain at the start of March.

It’s believed he has been fit to play in recent weeks but left out of the side by Solskjaer and it seemed a logical conclusion that he would move on this summer.

But Bailly, according to Manchester Evening News, is determined to win his manager over and fight his way back into the starting XI.
