Emmerdale's Danny 'to become serial killer' as fans notice similarity to Lachlan

In tonight’s double bill of Emmerdale, viewers noticed some creepy similarities between mystery Danny (Louis Healy) and serial killer Lachlan White (Thomas Atkinson).

That’s because tonight, Noah Tate (Jack Downham) confronted Danny after plying Sarah (Katie Hill) with drugs in recent weeks and encouraging her to break the rules.

But Danny pushed Noah to the ground and warned: “Getting a bit bored now. Stay down, or I’ll squash your face good and proper.”

Noah went on to explain why he was so concerned, telling Danny all about Sarah’s health problems.

He said: “Everything she does is a risk. The stuff you’ve given her, it could kill her.”

Soon enough, Sarah came upon the two of them and stormed off in tears over Noah exposing her secrets.

However, viewers only had one thing on their mind – Danny was like Lachlan.

One tweeted: “Danny is channeling Lachlan.”

A second wrote: “Danny is very creepy, like a reincarnation of Lachlan!”

Someone else said: “Sarah needs to stay away from this Danny kid! He’s a bad influence. Noah is just looking out for her.”

A fourth wrote: “Danny the little s***. Needs Cain to sort him out.”

While another added: “Threatening a Dingle now, really Danny? Total death wish or what?”

Lachlan is currently in prison after causing the deaths of his mum and grandfather, then killing his best friend.

It was thought he’d also killed his aunt Rebecca too, however she survived and managed to get away.

Eventually, he tried to convince Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor Draper) to go on the run with him, but he was caught after she escaped.

But could Danny turn out to be just as devious and bloodthirsty as Lachlan?

Emmerdale continues tomorrow at 7pm on ITV
