Emmerdale spoilers: Has Kim Tate's new rival been revealed as star teases return?

Kim Tate (played by Claire King) could be set for a new rivalry in coming weeks as she partners up with Al Chapman (Michael Wildman).

The new business relationship hasn’t gone down too well with Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough).

Kim’s confidante is suspicious of the newcomer as he plans to transform the Sharma sweet factory into an adventure park.

But could their plans be thwarted by a returning face?

Sadie King star Patsy Kensit hinted at a return to Emmerdale after spending some time away from the village.

“She’s probably somewhere like Peru or Argentina, plotting her return,” she told Inside Soap magazine.

Sadie hasn’t been seen in the Dales since she plotted to kidnap Tom King (Ken Farrington) with Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley).

Tom deceived Sadie and left her with nothing but a BMW leading to her turning to Cain for revenge.

But the former Emmerdale star has hinted Sadie and Cain’s relationship may have taken a surprise turn.

“Maybe Sadie is mother to Cain’s child, as we didn’t know if she was pregnant or not when she left.

“We can all dream,” the Emmerdale star added.

If Sadie does return, it wouldn’t take long for devious Kim to come up with a plan to make sure she’s the only King matriarch on top.

However with Cain potentially by her side as the father of her child, Sadie may plot Kim’s downfall.

Meanwhile fans were distracted by a series of blunders as Moira Barton (Natalie J. Robb) and Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) took their affair further.

Farm owner Moira was seen trying to resist temptation in the first episode of last night’s double-bill.

Standing outside in the pouring rain, Moira explained her frustration at the tractor breaking down to Nate.

However elsewhere in the village, the weather seemed to be completely different.

Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) was speaking to her dad Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) when the faint sound of thunder echoed in the background, but the ground remained dry.

Later on in the show, Moira and Nate were seen having an argument in the rain.

Yet once again when fans caught up on villagers in other parts of the Dales, the sun was shining.

Comment on the drastic weather changes, one said: “The rain showers were very isolated at #Emmerdale.

“It was pouring down with rain at the farm but completely bone dry a couple of miles away in the village.”

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV.
