Emmerdale spoilers: Dawn Taylor KILLED by Will as she tries to save Harriet?

Emmerdale’s Harriet Finch (played by Katherine Dow Blyton) will finally come face-to-face with her ex and stalker Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) next week.

The former policewoman was responsible for sending him to jail after going undercover as his girlfriend to gather information on the ex-con.

During their relationship, Harriet grew close to his daughter, Dawn (Olivia Bromley), and ever since she walked away she has felt extremely guilty and has tried her best to regain her trust.

Unbeknownst to Harriet, Dawn was working alongside her father helping him carry out his plan for revenge but has since grown closer to the village vicar.

When Dawn discovers order of service funeral leaflets to celebrate Harriet’s life, she fears the vicar is in extreme danger and tries to convince Will that he needs to stop.

However Will feels that his daughter has betrayed him and the pair fight at Woodbine Cottage leaving Dawn with a head injury.

Harriet later discovers her and locks Dawn in the house to protect her before heading to the church to meet Will.

The former couple end up in a struggle and Harriet life’s hangs in the balance when Will begins to crush her with a coffin.

If Dawn manages to escape she could head straight to the church and save Harriet before it’s too late.

But if she does save the village vicar, could he kill her for turning her back on him and their revenge plan?

In an interview with metro.co.uk, he revealed: He’s using his daughter, there’s no doubt about it, even though he loves her.

“He’s using her for his own ends because he’s got that red mist and his only focus is not about building another life and being pleased about being out of jail.

“He just wants to exact revenge on the person that he loved that put him in that place for a long a time.”

Although viewers have watched Will terrorise Harriet for weeks, the actress who plays Harriet hinted that if she does survive next week’s attack she could end up forgiving the ex-con.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Katherine revealed: “It’s a really complicated relationship, because Harriet did spend quite a few years pretending to be Will’s partner and was in love with him – she admitted that to Dawn.

“Harriet has still got an awful lot of guilt around what happened. She feels guilty that Dawn’s life turned out like it did, because she just disappeared off the face of the earth and left Dawn on her own. Dawn then went into care.

“Maybe Harriet thinks she’s partly responsible for everything and perhaps thinks Will deserves a chance.”

Elsewhere in Emmerdale, Maya Stepney (Louisa Clein) and Jacob Gallagher’s (Joe-Warren Plant) relationship will take another sinister turn as the pair plan to move away together.

Viewers watched as Jacob agreed to meet with David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden) in an attempt to reconcile but when Maya finds out she is furious.

In a bid to prove his affection for the teacher, Jacob smashes his phone to cut off all ties with his loved ones, will David be able to reach him in time?

Emmerdale airs weekdays on ITV at 7pm.
