Eminem paid tribute to George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery in his new collaboration with Kid Cudi.

The pair dropped Adventures of Moon Man & Slim Shady on Friday, sending fans wild with the track.

Their song was announced by Kid Cudi’s daughter, Vada, in a video shared on Twitter.

What is Eminem’s new song with Kid Cudi?

Eminem teamed up with the Day ‘N’ Nite star for his latest release – which referenced police brutality issues in the US, and slammed those who refused to stay safe amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The 47-year-old could be heard rapping: ’Prayers to George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery, how the f**k is it that so many cops are dirty?

‘Stop, man, please, officer, I’m sorry but I can’t breathe when I got you on top of me. Your goddamn knee’s on my carotid artery.’

George died during an arrest at the end of May, when white police officer Derek Chauvin knelt on his neck for nearly nine minutes – despite his insistence that he couldn’t breathe.

His death sparked protests across the US, and many more around the world – including the UK, Canada and Germany, as people demanded justice.

Ahmaud Arbery, 25, was shot to death on 23 February, as he jogged through a neighbourhood in Georgia, with Gregory McMicheal and his son Travis later arrested and charged with murder and aggravated assault.

As well as discussing their deaths, Eminem and Kid Cudi took aim at those who refused to mask up during the global health scare.

‘F**k’s going on, man. Bunch of halfwits up in office. Half of us walking around like a zombie apocalypse,’ Eminem – real name Marshall Mathers – rapped.

‘Other half are just p***ed off and don’t want to wear a mask and they’re just scoffin’.

‘And that’s how you end up catchin’ the s**t off em. I just used the same basket as you shoppin’, now I’m in a f**kin’ casket from you coughin’.’

Fans were loving the collab, flocking to social media to praise the duo.

‘Okay I F**K with this!!! That beat and I love how Cudi and Em kept it casual and monotone with the flow throughout. One of the better Eminem verses I’ve heard in a long time. They came thru I really can’t believe it (sic),’ one tweeted.

‘Eminem and f**kin Kid Cudi made a song together and it’s actually great lmao. This is 2020,’ another posted.

‘Heard the song. It’s f**king perfect @Eminem @KidCudi  RIP GEORGE FLOYD AHMAUD ARBERY,’ a Twitter user penned.

While a follower added: ‘Holy F**KKK that new Kid Cudi & Eminem track goes hard, need more of this duo ASAP.’

We can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
