Speaking on podcast Sorry Not Sorry?, Emily said: ‘I have my FHM covers framed, I don’t feel shame. I did those things because I wanted to and I loved those shoots.

‘If you’ve got it and you want to flaunt it, then flaunt it. I will probably show my grandkids. I was celebrating my womanly body.’

Emily also opened up about her body image and says she’s the happiest she’s ever been these days.

She said: ‘My whole life I have been called fat. Even when I was two stone lighter, I was always the curvier one.

‘The first time I was on The Inbetweeners people started talking about my weight. People weren’t used to seeing someone with a bit of shape. It was a bit different.

‘As I’m getting older it’s about being healthy and happy. I am the biggest I’ve ever been but I am the most successful I’ve ever been.

‘If I had starved myself I wouldn’t have succeeded as much as I did in the jungle.’

Meanwhile, Emily has been busy hosting on BBC Radio, assuring fans she had kept a safe distance from her co-host Jordan North amid fears over the COVID-19 virus.

Clearly pleased with how it all went, Emily flashed a beaming smile to the camera and captioned the image:

‘Today was my first time hosting at Radio 1 and it was a joy! I’ll be keeping you company all weekend from 1-4 with the wonderful Jordan North.
