Elvis Presley wife: Did Priscilla Presley ever get remarried?

Priscilla Presley and Elvis Presley married in 1967, after a courtship which began when Priscilla was very young. Priscilla was brought from Germany, where she lived with her family, to live on the Graceland estate with Elvis, his father Vernon and stepmother Dee. But did Priscilla remarry after she broke up with Elvis?

There were many women who Elvis dated while in the spotlight, especially between his mother’s death and his marriage to Priscilla.

Priscilla had a huge influence on him, and is the mother of Elvis’ only child, Lisa Marie Presley.

The pair met in 1959 while Elvis was stationed in Germany, and Priscilla, then Beaulieu, was just 14 years old.

Elvis had a number of relationships with teenage girls, though biographer Brent D Taylor said of these relationships: “Elvis’s closest female relationships were usually with young girls of around 13 or 14, ending as they reached late teens.

“He didn’t have sex with these young girls, but had pajama parties, pillow fights and indulged in ‘girl talk’, just as he did with Gladys.”

In the early 1960s, Elvis convinced the Beaulieu family to let their teenage daughter live with Presley’s father and step-mother Dee, at a home purchased by Elvis at the back of Graceland.

Priscilla described Elvis as a “passionate man” though said he was not sexual towards her.

She admitted the pair did not have sex until their wedding night on May 1, 1967, where they married in Nevada.

Their daughter Lisa Marie was then born nine months later on February 1, 1968, in Memphis.

According to Priscilla, Elvis became fascinated with the occult and addicted to prescription drugs, which she believes changed his personality.

The pair separated in February 1972 before divorcing a year and a half later, though according to one biographer, Priscilla’s decision to leave Elvis for her karate teacher left his ego “damaged beyond repair.”

The couple did, however, remain close after their divorce, with it being reported they left the courthouse after their divorce was finalised, holding hands.

Did Priscilla marry anyone else?

Priscilla had a number of relationships after Elvis, many with really big names in the celebrity industry.

Immediately after her divorce, Priscilla lived with Mike Stone, the karate teacher, until 1975, after which she dated photographer Terry O’Neill and lawyer Robert Kardashian, late father of Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ stars Kim, Khloe and Kourtney.

Following this, she dated hairdresser Elie Ezerzer and financier Kirk Kerkorian, before moving in with male model Michael Edwards, who claimed he became attracted to her then-teenage daughter Lisa Marie in his book Priscilla, Elvis and Me.

He also claimed Priscilla had liaisons with singer Julio Iglesias and Richard Gere in the early 1980s, during their one and off relationship.

Priscilla’s longest relationship was, however with Marco Garibaldi, the screenwriter and computer programmer, with whom she had her second child, Navarone.

At this time she was starring in the soap Dallas, but after their break up in 2016, Presley bag dating TV executive Nigel Lythgoe, before dating Richie Palmer in 2010, Barry Crocker and Toby Anstis.

Her most recent suspected dalliance was with Sir Tom Jones, who had been made a widower in 2016, however he denied these claims.

Clearly, while there were various other men in her life, Elvis had a profound effect on Priscilla’s life.
