All being well, domestic holidays in the UK are soon to be back on the cards.

You’ll be able to stay overnight in self-contained accommodation in England from April 12, in Scotland from April 26, and Northern Ireland from April 15, while it’s been allowed in Wales from March 27.

If you want to start planning a getaway, why not give glamping a try? Pick the right place, and you can stay somewhere that’s got all your favourite home comforts while still being smack in the middle of lush countryside.

If you’re looking for a bit of inspiration, we’ve put together a list of some of the prettiest glamping sites in the UK.
