EasyJet has scrapped their £16 booking fee so your flights will be cheaper than ever

As of October 1, the airline will no longer be applying the admin fee to bookings made on its website according to easyJet’s fees and charges website.

When you book flights now, the landing page will show zero for the booking fee.

The airline said that before this date, the admin fee was included in the flight price and was applied per booking.

It meant that if you’re booking just one flight, you’d be paying £16 yourself.

If you’re booking as a group, the fee would have been spread out between everyone.

For customers who booked flights before October 1, the booking fee cannot be refunded.

MoneySavingExpert Martin Lewis reveal today is the cheapest day to book easyJet flights for summer 2020 – but some have already DOUBLED in price

Last month, easyJet released their summer 2020 flights.

Some holidaymakers got up at 5am to snap up bargain fares, which were their cheapest at the point of sale.

But for those who got up later in the day, the cost of flights soared by hundreds of pounds, especially during the summer holiday dates.

For Brits looking for a bargain getaway, Ryanair have also launched their summer 2020 flights.
