EastEnders dropped its shocking summer trailer earlier today and it has been hinted Phil (played by Steve McFadden) could cheat on wife Sharon (Letitia Dean).
Sharon has been playing away with Keanu (Danny Walters) who is also dating Phil’s daughter Louise (Tilly Keeper).
Louise is expecting the mechanic’s baby and Sharon is expected to find out she too is having a baby in coming weeks.
Now, the long-running BBC soap has teased fireworks this summer as Keanu and Sharon’s affair looks set to be revealed while Phil grows closer to Shirley (Linda Henry).
In the teaser the pair can be seen smiling at one another as they sit in Sharon’s club E20.
Phil tells Shirley: “Welcome aboard,” hinting they are making a deal. The pair have already enjoyed a romance in the past but split in 2014.
Could Sharon’s betrayal lead to sparks flying behind the former flames?
Meanwhile, it looks like Phil will learn the truth about Keanu and Sharon and it won’t go down well.
The hardman is pictured looking devastated as he looks at a laptop with Sharon lurking in the background wearing a very worried expression.
Later, Sharon is seen breaking down in tears and screaming. She is also seen attacking Keanu’s mother Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley).
Is this a big hint Karen will expose Sharon and Keanu’s affair as she tries to work out what is best for her son?
Unfortunately it seems Keanu will end up in hot water anyway as he appears to have been kidnapped and blindfolded.
The mechanic also looks badly beaten up – has Phil taken him as revenge?
In other EastEnders news, it looks like Honey Mitchell (Emma Barton) could reunite with Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick).
Honey is currently in love with Adam Bateman (Stephen Rahman-Hughes) but the dentist has been cheating on her with Habiba Ahmed (Rukku Nahar).
Billy spotted the pair kissing and has tried to warn his estranged wife but she wasn’t interested in listening to him.
Fans have since seen Honey move in with Adam leaving Habiba heartbroken. But the pair have decided to continue with their tryst.
With Billy set on exposing Adam, just how far will he go to reveal the truth about the affair?
Could he enlist the help of Habiba who clearly wants Adam to herself?
