EastEnders spoilers: ‘Just stop’ Bex Fowler kisses Kush Kazemi and viewers are NOT happy

Fans of EastEnders have witnessed Bex (played by Jasmine Armfield) and Kush (Davood Ghadami) grow closer in recent episodes.

Kush became very protect when he thought Stuart (Ricky Champ) was actin inappropriately toward the 18-year-old and Bex has been seen shooting a few lingering looks his way.

In tonight’s episode of the BBC soap, Bex and Kush had a drink together in the E20 club where they discussed their lives and the future, as Bex is hoping to go to university.

They also spoke about Shakil (Shaheen Jafargholi), Kush’s brother and Bex’s ex boyfriend who was stabbed to death last year on the programme.

“Do you ever look at me and not see Shakil?” Bex asked.

Kush explained: ”I can’t live my life dragging other people down. Don’t get me wrong. I’m going to miss Shakil all the time, at random times. That’s just how it is now.

“Bex, you’re the only one left around here who might understand and miss him like I do.”

“But I don’t always look at you and Keegan and see Shakil. I look at you and see you.

“You’re making a success of yourself and I’m proud of you!”

But things took a turn when Bex went in for a kiss with Kush who immediately backed away from it, surprised at the move.

Those watching at home didn’t appear to be fans of Bex going in for a smooch considering her history with Shakil and that her dad Martin (James Bye) is Kush’s best friend.

One wrote on Twitter: “Seriously Bex, trying it on with your dads bestie/your step brothers dad/ your dead ex boyfriends brother #EastEnders.”

“NOOOOO BEX, KUSH….. WHYYYY @bbceastenders #eastenders @jasarmfield @DavoodGhadami,” another asked.

“#EastEnders Just stop Bex,” a third shared.

A fourth simply stated: “Err bex #EastEnders.”

“Bex & Kush would be weird together, he’s the ex of her step-mum, dad to her step-sister, brother to her dead bf, she’s the daughter of his mate etc #eastenders,” a fifth opined.

While a sixth suggested: “I’m sorry I find bex and kush cringy #EastEnders xx.”

Could it be the Bex has genuine feelings for Kush, or does he just remind her of Shakil?

Viewers will have to wait and see what Kush does next, and whether he’ll tell Martin.

EastEnders continues tomorrow at 8pm on BBC One.
