EastEnders actress Jasmine Armfield quits role as Bex Fowler after five years

EastEnders actress Jasmine Fowler has quit her role as Bex Fowler after five years.

Jasmine joined the cast of the BBC soap in 2014, where she played the daughter of Sonia and Martin Fowler.

She is believed to have already filmed her final scenes before she departs from our screens next month.

Bex was involved in a huge storyline last year when she attempted suicide in heartbreaking scenes that touched viewers.

Jasmine’s exit could line up with the soap’s 35th anniversary episode, which show bosses have already confirmed will heavily focus on the Fowler family.

The milestone will be celebrated with a week of special episodes in February.
