E3 2019: 10 Rumoured Video Games You Need To Know About – WhatCulture

E3 2019 is just around the corner, and with the relative downer from Sony giving it a pass has fading away, there’s a lot of bubbling excitement around exactly what we’ll get to see. New consoles and new games are on the horizon, so whatever you’re into there’ll be something for you.

Microsoft are expected to debut the new Xbox (tentatively titled the Xbox Scarlett), but don’t expect it to hit the market in the immediate future. Apparently the whole “Scarlett” name is code for two models – one that will be all-digital and discless, and another that’s far more powerful, but we’ll just have to wait and see.

Nintendo is allegedly announcing an upgraded Switch too – one likely to hit shelves well before the next “proper” Xbox. Rather than a new generation though, this is essentially their version of the Xbox One X or the PS4 Pro. While the console news has obviously sparked interest though, it forgets the bread and butter of E3: The games themselves.

There’s a few already announced games sure to feature (we’ll probably get more Pokémon news, for example), but this is more about the rumours and the games we’re yet to see.

With Sony skipping this year, it’s all to play for.
