Dwayne Johnson shared the most adorable video of him teaching his daughter to wash her hands properly during the coronavirus pandemic and honestly, it’s exactly what we needed.

The Rock shared a video his daughter Tia sitting by the sink in their bathroom as he told his followers that they had been singing the rap part from his song in the film Moana to get the length of time right.

To help prevent the spread of coronavirus, people have been told to wash their hands for 20 seconds, and to sing songs including Happy Birthday to make sure they are washing for long enough.

Little Tia could be heard bossing her dad to sing the song as he told his followers what they were doing.

She sang along with him at certain points as well as telling the viewers to stay safe and healthy in the cutest little cameo ever.

Dwayne wrote alongside the video: ‘Our sheltering at home, pre daddy’s shower ritual.

‘Before my showers now, Baby Tia (mama mia) demands I sing the rap portion of my song “You’re Welcome” from MOANA, while I wash her hands.

‘We realized a few weeks ago that the rap portion of the song is perfect timing when getting your little ones to have fun washing their hands.

‘Stay healthy and safe, my friends. D.

‘And gotta love how at the start of this vid, baby Tia is like, “just shut your mouth and sing daddy”.’

Dwayne and his family have been isolating together, and clearly having a lovely time if this video us anything to go by.

People in several countries including the USA have been instructed to stay in their homes except to make essential journeys for food and medication, medical visits, daily exercise, and trips to and from work if they are key workers.
