Are you already planning a domestic holiday for when accommodation reopens over the next few months?

If so, you might want to take a look at this unique holiday property located in Stoke Ferry, King’s Lynn.

The seven-storey Grade II listed windmill is accepting bookings for when restrictions end, and would certainly make for a unique getaway here in the UK.

Sleeping up to 15 people, the windmill has been recently renovated, but still retains a number of original features like internal beams, oak floors, wood stove, open fires and the former workings of the Old Mill.

According to the host’s website: ‘The split level heavily beamed sitting room is full of charm and character with the original mill stone as a main feature.’

The bottom floor is presented as a large dining room for entertaining, but heading up the stairs to the top floor will grant you 20-mile views across the Norfolk countryside.

The garden has heated pool and large patio and BBQ area, while outside in the large Games Barn there is a ping-pong table, snooker table and table football.

The mini games room in the main house is also equipped with TV and Nintendo Wii.

For those looking for some sophisticated eating, hosts also provide a service for guests where you can book a private chef to come to the mill and cook for you.

Menus start from £49.90 per person for a minimum 10 persons, so it might be one for post June 21st when you can have multiple households staying over.

Children and pets are allowed, so it could be a great option for when we can all get together again.

Prices start from £557 per night, and bookings Monday-Friday will be subject to a minimum four-night stay.
