Drake seemingly has a lot to say about his famous exes on his new freestyle War, as he appears to subtly make reference to former love interests Rihanna and Gigi Hadid.

The God’s Plan rapper dropped the new song by surprise on Christmas Eve and it sees him have a go at adopting the rap style of UK drill as his love affair with our country continues.

But fans are pointing out specific lines on War that seem to allude to his previous highly-publicised romances.

On one line, Drake raps: ‘The women I do end up with has to be a bad girl just like Munchies.’

It’s rumoured to be a reference to Rihanna whose Instagram handle is @badgalriri.

Elsewhere, he raps: ‘The man get beaky, ring ring, call up GiGi, do him up neatly.’

It appears to be a clear reference to Gigi Hadid, sister of Bella Hadid whom he was romantically linked to last year.

But Bella shut down the dating rumours and tweeted in July 2018: ‘Not me!!! that’s disrespectful. WHY CANT PPL BE FRIENDS W/o all the insinuation.’

Gigi isn’t the only models Drizzy mentions as he raps as he directly shouts out good friend Kendall Jenner with the line: ‘Before I was ever around Kendall, I was at ends though, dreamin’ up Benzo’s.’

Drake, 33, and Rihanna, 31, are believed to be on good terms as she attended his birthday party in Hollywood.

A source told E! News: ‘Rihanna made an appearance and stayed for several hours. She was with two girlfriends and was escorted to Drake’s table by security.

‘Her and Drake were talking for a while and were smiling and laughing. It seemed like a very pleasant interaction and they looked like they were having fun together as friends.’

According to the insider, it was nothing but good vibes between Drizzy and RiRi, who let her hair down and enjoyed a good ol’ dance in the VIP section.

Rihanna was dancing to the music and bobbing her head and seemed to be in a good mood. The whole vibe was very chill. Drake had a huge smile on his face and looked excited to see Rihanna when she arrived.’
