Drake is definitely not letting the coronavirus pandemic get him down, as the star was spotted downing some shots as fellow rapper Tory Lanez hosted a twerking competition on Instagram.

We’ve all got our ways of keeping ourselves busy, right?

Chatting away on the live-stream, Drake, who’s self-isolating in his mansion in Toronto, said: ‘I am checking in on Quarantine Radio from the Northside, coming live for all the ladies and all the gents.’

Asked how he was keeping ‘corona-free’, he joked: ‘A glass of wine keeps the Rona away, boys.’

Before long, the star was asked to do a shot to see out his appearance and, not being one to let the side down, he went all in.

As if that wasn’t enough, Drizzy helped Quarantine Radio to break the record for the most amount of viewers ever watching an Instagram Live, at 310,000.

Not too shabby.

Drake recently captured everyone’s attention by sharing the first ever snap of his son Adonis – and he’s absolutely adorable.

The God’s Plan rapper, who is notoriously private about his family life and only spoke publicly about the little one last year, shared six heartwarming pictures of his loved ones, including his child.

In one snap, the tot is seen staring at the camera as his father wraps his arms around him, while another shows him being embraced by both Drake and mum Sophie Brussaux.

Taking to Instagram, Drake wrote: ‘What is most important for you right now is to connect to your own inner light. This will create the biggest opening of all.

‘Trust that you have all of the power within to make this happen, and in order to do that connect to the people and things that bring you a lot of joy.

‘When the mind starts to move into overthinking or fear, shift your attention right away to something bright. It doesn’t matter what has happened in the past or what is happening around us now, you can always make the choice to break free of the wheel of suffering and panic and open up to your own light.’

The global coronavirus death toll recently surpassed 30,000, with Spain and Italy demanding more support.

The two countries have been hit especially hard by the pandemic and alone account for more than half of the world’s death toll. There are more than 800 deaths a day in each country.
